Children's
Specialist
Dr. Chad is up to date on current dental materials and procedures
and uses a variety of techniques to relax and calm your child. He
is trained to treat patients with special health care needs as well
as the very young and very anxious. Dr. Chad Zambon is on staff
with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and has operating room
privileges for the treatment of patients with special needs and
for extensive treatment requiring general anesthesia. He is dedicated
to the oral health of children from infancy through the teen years,
employing varying approaches as your child's behavior and developmental
needs change.
At
your first few visits, Dr. Chad will discuss a program of preventative
home care including prevention of baby bottle tooth decay, the importance
of baby teeth, and the significance of flouride. As your child ages,
management of bite problems, as well as the application of dental
sealants, to help prevent decay, will be considered.
Pleasant
visits to the dental office will help your child establish trust
and confidence that will last a lifetime. Dr. Chad and his staff
are specially trained to help young, apprehensive children feel
good about going to the dentist and taking care of their teeth.
Your child will be entertained at our office with the popular saltwater
aquarium filled with colorful and interesting fish, our "fun
area" with two computers and several games, as well as a variety
of toys to entertain younger children.
