Tom AlbieroDr. Albiero is originally from West Bend, WI and now lives in Germantown with his wife Mary and their children Willie, Casey, Sam, Paige and Max. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and Marquette University Dental School. Following a general practice residency in Minneapolis, MN, he founded the Germantown practice in 1983. In 1996, Dr. Albiero was named Citizen of the Year for his personal contributions to the community. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr.
Keith Templin
Dr.
Templin is a Wisconsin native having grown up in Green Bay and currently
lives in Germantown with his wife Susan and sons Max and Sam. He is a
graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison as well as Marquette
University Dental School where he taught as an Adjunct Clinical Professor
for 10 years. Dr. Templin has also completed post-graduate work specializing
in the area of Dental Materials.
Dr.
Cynthia JakuszBorn and raised right here in Germantown, Dr. Jakusz is glad to be back in the area with her husband, Brian and her son, Benjamin. She holds an undergraduate degree from Marquette University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marquette University Dental School. She is recognized by the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr.
Chad Zambon
Although a native of Wisconsin, Dr. Zambon grew up in the northwest
suburbs of Chicago. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois in
Champaign and Northwestern University Dental School. He completed a residency
at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, earning a Certificate of Specialty
in Pediatric Dentistry. After his residency, Dr. Zambon practiced as a
pediatric dentist in Connecticut before deciding he wanted to return to
the Midwest where he now resides in Germantown with his wife Torrie. He
is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists and the Wisconsin
Society of Pediatric Dentists. Dr. Zambon is on staff at the Children's
Hospital of Wisconsin and is a teaching faculty member at Marquette University
School of Dentistry.
